The pressure control system is a gas pressure regulating device designed specifically for natural gas long-distance pipeline stations, urban distribution stations, storage and distribution stations, power plant gas turbine supply, and other occasions, integrating multiple functional components such as pressure regulation, flow limiting, and automatic control. Also known as a 'pressure regulating train'.
The pressure control system is generally a gas pressure regulating device composed of the main equipment of "safety emergency cut-off valve+monitoring pressure regulating valve+working pressure regulating valve" connected in series from upstream to downstream, and matched with corresponding instruments and meters. At the same time, the main equipment can be configured in various ways such as self operated, electric, or pneumatic according to different user requirements and process requirements.
The entire system is supplied in a modular and sled mounted manner. The main equipment and related instruments in the system have been installed and manufactured in the factory, and have undergone individual inspection and overall performance testing. It has the characteristics of high precision, excellent performance, safety and reliability, reasonable structure, easy installation, and simple operation.
Under normal operating conditions, the safety emergency shut-off valve and monitoring pressure regulating valve are fully open, and the downstream outlet pressure is regulated by the working pressure regulating valve. When the working pressure regulating valve fails and cannot control the downstream outlet pressure, the monitoring pressure regulating valve takes over from the working pressure regulating valve to regulate the downstream outlet pressure. When the monitoring pressure regulating valve also malfunctions and cannot control the downstream outlet pressure, the safety emergency cut-off valve automatically and quickly closes, achieving the purpose of cutting off the airflow and ensuring the safety of the system.
